HILLTOP RECOVERY SERVICES was founded in 2005 with the mission of creating a Drug and Alcohol-Free continuum of care of Substance Use Treatment Services to address the need for Whole Person Care. Our treatment philosophy is based on renewing hope, healing, and empowerment. We focus on the entire needs of the person in their substance abuse treatment episode by and assisting individuals in building the tools to rebuild their lives.
First and foremost, we treat the individual with compassion and understanding allowing the participant to feel welcome. This assists in building an open and trusting relationship with the staff, peers, and the new Participants creating a greater opportunity for successful treatment. Our goal is that our participants will take responsibility, change behaviors, attend structured activities, understand their substance use disorders, and learn to use the existing resources to rebuild their lives as productive members of their communities.
Our facilities include a 48 Co-ed Residential Licensed and Certified alcohol and substance use treatment facility, with continued aftercare for individuals looking to make positive life changes in the process of recovery from addictions. Intensive/ Outpatient Drug Free Certified Medi-Cal approved Substance Use Disorders Clinics. We have Transitional Living Houses in the local community to provide care for individuals who may not be able to return home or need a safe environment to continue to build a foundation of recovery after completion of residential treatment. Our facilities are in Lucerne and Clearlake Oaks in Lake County, California.
Our plan is to focus on working with our partners to build our network of services that will lead to continued long-term care, providing a healthy support system for each participant and alumnus.
